"[I] met Malcolm McDowell and had him sign my Clockwork Orange DVD. The dude is every bit of class and professionalism as you'd expect him to be. A true gentleman."

"I got pictures with him and an autograph! He was so nice and very sweet. He gave me two hugs and called me darling!! I was so nervous before I took the picture with him that I was shaking really badly, and he said, 'Oh don't be so nervous, it's just me!' Then he asked if I come to comic book conventions often, and I said no I just came to see you, and he said, 'Thats so sweet of you thank you darling!' I brought this lobby card from Clockwork Orange to have him sign and he wrote Viddy Well!"..."I have been on cloud nine all day long"..."If anyone ever gets the chance to meet him, do not pass it up! Even if it means trying to navigate your way from Jersey by yourself when you've never done it before, it's sooo worth it!"

"Malcolm McDowell! by far one of the coolest people ever, he has a wonderful sense of humor." "He really made a point to be personable to every single individual that met with him, and his eyes are just stunning to see in person. They're striking on film but it was just unreal to stare into such clear blue eyes."

"I met [Malcolm] too at monster mania in Cherry Hill N.J. back in March and you are all right, he is such a gentleman. This man is a legend in my eyes, and I could barely speak when I met him I was so starstruck. But indeed this guy is total class and such an amazing talent, I am so honored to have met him."

"This was part of the 2008 Florida Film Festival. About 300 people were admitted for free into a theater that was going to host the event. Malcolm came in after an amazing introduction. Students at a near-by college made a video montage of all of his best moments on film and I got butterflies in my stomach when I saw a scene from Clockwork Orange. Suddenly, the screen said, 'Welcome Malcolm McDowell.' And then he walked into the room, and everyone in the theater got out of their seats and applauded. It was so surreal.
"He talked for about an hour about all of his various experiences in the film industry. He talked about his experiences working on 'If,' 'Caligula,' working onstage, 'Clockwork Orange,' 'Halloween' and several other films. He spoke very kind words about Stanley Kubrick.
"Afterwards, he signed autographs and talked to people individually. My twin sister and I bought a 8x10 picture of Alex and asked him to sign. We were shaking so much... He immediately noticed that we were twins. And he said to me, 'But you're the more rebellious one. You have pink in your hair. I like it!' I grinned, it was just like something Alex would say or think. It was surreal to say the least. My twin sister asked, 'How did you prepare for the role of Alex?' He replied, 'I don't know, I just did it. I know it's a very dark film, but I thought it was funny as well. I wanted to bring comedy to the role.' It was a great answer.
"I'm so glad I got to meet an actor who performed one of the best performances I've ever seen, in one of my favorite films of all time."

"I had the honor to meet Malcolm McDowell and present him with an issue of Space and Time."..."After chatting with him and watching him field audience questions and recount fabulous anecdotes from his career, I am convinced that you'd be hard-pressed to find a more approachable, warm, entertaining, and generally too-cool major star."

"About two months ago I was sitting home in florida watchin TV. My phone rings, its my buddy from texas. He says 'i got someone here who wants to say hi'. It's Malcolm. I totally freaked out. Apparently my buddy was at a comic convention. I turned my buddy on to Clockwork when we were in high school so he figured I'd love to talk to MM.
"I don't remember much of the conversation. I was running all over my house. I just couldn't sit still. I told him how I was about to head over seas to the middle east. He told me to 'Give em Hell.' I thought that was so cool"..."Malcolm McDowell is awesome!"***

"On the weekend of 03/14-16/08 I went to 'Monster Mania X' and met Malcolm McDowell. He told a lot of stories about some of the films he's been in. He is very personable, and seems to have a twinkle in his eye. And you just HAVE to like the guy that took out Captain Kirk TWICE."
